Dear Customer,

We’re aware that some residents have recently received letters or notifications about late payment charges being added to their accounts. We want to reassure you that these messages are automatically generated by our system.

As you may know, this year’s service charge demands were issued later than usual, which has unfortunately triggered these automated reminders. We’re truly sorry for any confusion or concern this may have caused.

If you’ve received one of these notices, please get in touch with your Property Manager at your earliest convenience. We’ll be more than happy to arrange the removal of any late payment charges from your account straight away.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and cooperation while we put things right. Most importantly, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for bearing with us.
